The story

The plan worked.
Then Nell vanished.

The Marram Hotel is closing. Nell Harper brings three old friends back to the place where they worked in the summer of 2006. They have a plan to take what they believe they are owed.

By Sunday morning, her car is still outside, but Nell is gone. You are her younger sibling. When her friends call, their accounts of the night do not quite agree.

Read the messages, footage and hotel records. Follow what each discovery opens, then decide what happened before the keys change hands on Monday morning.

The people

Twenty years on, the Marram still holds them together.

Four friends from one summer, and the man who owned the hotel. Everyone has a reason to remember 2006 differently.

What kind of mystery is Everything Went to Plan?

It begins after a robbery at a closing seaside hotel. Nell, the friend who planned it, has disappeared, and the owner says nothing was stolen. You investigate a missing person, old loyalties and conflicting accounts. There is no graphic violence.

Who am I playing?

You are Nell Harper’s younger sibling. You read the records, choose which leads to follow and decide what the evidence supports. There is no acting or character voice to perform.

Can I play alone or with someone else?

Yes. Play solo, or investigate together with one other person sharing a screen. There is no remote multiplayer or separate synced view.

Do I need to print anything or install an app?

No. The case opens in your browser on a phone, tablet or laptop. Notes, the case records and optional hints are all built into the game.

What if we get stuck or need a break?

There is no enforced timer. Optional hints can help you move forward, and progress saves in the same browser when storage is available. It does not sync to another device.

How much is the case, and how long can I play?

Everything Went to Plan is £9.99 for one or two people sharing a screen. One payment gives you 12 months of access and unlimited replay. Our 14-day refund promise applies alongside your statutory rights.

Can I return tomorrow or on another device?

Yes. Choose Continue your case above. If access is missing, request a fresh link with your checkout email. Each email link works once and expires after 20 minutes; your purchase provides 12 months of access. Your case access follows your purchase, but your saved progress stays in the browser where you played.
